🎣 FROM THE MISS ANNA TO NIXTAMAL. 🌊🌮

Meet Captain Ryan, a local Oceanside fisherman, and his boat Miss Anna — named after his mom. ❤️

Today, Chef Ros went straight to the source to pick up fresh local skate wing for something we’ve been working on…

🔥 MANTA RAYA TACOS 🔥

🌮🔥 BIG THINGS ARE BREWING! 🍺

Last Saturday at South Shore Craft Brewery was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

Our presence at South Shore is growing — Taco Tuesdays, one more Saturday this week, and then NFL Sundays starting at 12:30 PM! 🏈🌮🍺

And you can still catch us Fridays at Nolan’s Pub in Long Beach starting at 5 PM.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who’s been showing up, eating tacos, bringing friends and supporting our small business. We’re just getting started. ❤️

Fresh tortillas. Real Mexican food. Great b**r. Great people. Bigger things ahead.

🌮🔥 ¡SE VIENEN COSAS GRANDES! 🍺

Tortillas frescas. Auténtica comida mexicana. Buena ce***za. Buena gente. Vamos por más.

🚩 The Mets flag means more to us than baseball.

Right now, we’re a traveling taquería. Every week we pack up our kitchen, raise the Mets flag, and serve wherever our community is waiting.

One day, we hope that same flag flies over our permanent home at Metropolitan Park.

Until then…

If the Mets flag is flying, the tacos are sizzling.

Follow the flag.
Follow the tacos.
Follow the dream.

🔥 Meet our newest addition… our traditional Mexican Comal! 🇲🇽

Great food starts with great tools, and we’re excited to introduce the newest addition to the Taquería Nixtamal kitchen.

This isn’t just another piece of equipment—it’s the only oversized traditional Mexican comal of its kind on the South Shore.

A comal has been at the heart of Mexican cooking for generations. It allows us to prepare tortillas, tacos, and other favorites fresh to order while preserving the authentic flavors and techniques that make Mexican street food so special.

We’re proud to bring this tradition to Long Island, and you’ll only experience it at:

📍 Nolan’s Pub – Fridays
📍 The Bunker Bar – Saturdays & Sundays

Come see it in action and taste the difference.

🌮 Fresh. Authentic. Made to order.

⸻

🔥 ¡Conoce nuestra nueva adquisición… nuestro comal tradicional mexicano! 🇲🇽

📍 Nolan’s Pub – Viernes
📍 The Bunker Bar – Sábados y Domingos

🌮 Fresco. Auténtico. Hecho al momento.
