Meet Chef Donald, the chef behind our new fall menu. He’s been quietly cooking up his signature style for us all season, and the result is a menu full of bold, well rounded dishes that capture Southern California fall. The Spiced Pumpkin Waffle, Harvest Hash, Fall A-Cornucopia, and Maple Sherry Pork are all his.

We’re so grateful he landed in our kitchen and became part of the Breakfast Bar family. Come in and taste what he’s cooking.

October showed up and so did our favorite plate on the new menu. The Fall A-Cornucopia is roasted acorn squash filled with ancient grains, crisp green apples, cranberries, and arugula in honey mustard vinaigrette, topped with spiced pecans. Bright, hearty, fall in a bowl. Chef Donald's new plates are at both locations all season.

This one is close to home. On Friday, September 18th, The Breakfast Bar is partnering with The Guidance Center for Pancakes for a Purpose — and 20% of participating purchases will go directly toward free community workshops and basic needs services for Long Beach families.

Come in any time from 6am to 2pm at either location, show this flyer or mention you are dining to support The Guidance Center, and your meal does the work. Dine-in or pickup counts.

Long Beach Burger Week is here and we are not playing around.

Starting September 13th through the 20th, we are running three burgers you are not going to find anywhere else.

The Breakfast Burger. Two smashed patties, fried egg, house pig candy, potato pancake, American cheese, Thousand Islands, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato, and house pickles on a brioche bun. The one that started it all.

The Bloody Mary Burger. A beef and pork patty packed with horseradish, tomato, Worcestershire, and celery seeds, topped with vodka sauce aioli, green olive tapenade, and crisp celery. Yes, we put a Bloody Mary in a burger.

The Cowboy Burger. Fried chicken, red eye gravy, aged cheddar, fried onions, Gindo's hot sauce, and cowboy candy. Sweet, spicy, and completely unhinged in the best way.

One week only. Both locations. September 13th–20th. Come hungry.
