Good morning! We will be open today, Wednesday, from 2pm- 6pm, and Thursday 8am-6pm. Meals this week are Asian and Cajun nights! Get your orders in early to make sure you're on the list!

Tonights menu pick 2 entrees:

Sweet and Sour Chicken or Pork
General Tso's Chicken
Sesame-Ginger Chicken
Orange Chicken
Beef and Broccoli

Served with our 👀 New egg drop soup and your choice of :
Fried Rice or Lo Mein Noodles and
4 Egg rolls or 8 Crab Rangoon (or mix and match 2 egg rolls and 4 crab rangoon)

And Thursday's menu is your choice:
Cajun Shrimp boil spicy or mild with gulf shrimp, andoullie or smoked sausage, red potatoes, corn on the cob, and boiled egg and 4 garlic cheddar biscuits

OR

Pick 2:
3 pieces of fried breaded fish and/or
6 pieces of Macadamia-Coconut Breaded Shrimp served with steak fries, creamy coleslaw, and 4 fresh hushpuppies

Add snow crab clusters to either option 1 for $12 or 2 for $22

🚨 BIG NEWS FROM CHEF GRIFFIN’S — PLEASE READ! 🚨

We’ve got to make a change. ❤️

The economy has been tough on small businesses, and we’ve reached a point where we have to cut back our regular truck hours in order to keep Chef Griffin’s moving forward.

Starting today, our schedule will be changing to accommodate our new work schedule ( yes, we had to get real jobs!) We will be working a 2 day on/ 2 day off schedule. We are still going to be open, our days and hours are just having to change each week so we can keep the truck open and doing what we love!

That means your favorite themed nights and specials aren’t going away — the schedule is just changing!

We know this may be a little confusing at first, but we promise we’ll keep our page updated so you know WHEN WE’RE OPEN + WHAT’S COOKING!

This week we will be open Wednesday and Thursday for Asain and Cajun nights! At this time we are keeping all 5 night themes, it will just be based the schedule as to what we are serving.
