Hi friends!!

Jimmy and I have been searching for a while now for a second location for our family restaurant.
It's definitely tough going out there to find the right spot, the right address, doesn't need 500k in renovations, all the things...
If anyone out there knows of a location in the Southwest, South Parker, Waterton canyon or Littleton area that was an existing restaurant and wants to get out or closed already with square footage anywhere between $2,000 and 4,000 square feet. Please, let us know.

Please do not think in any way that we are leaving our current spot... that will always be home. That will always be our first location and it's not going anywhere!
