Steep Society

🕯️🍂 As October settles in, something a little mysterious is coming to Steep Society…

On Saturday, October 24, our historic home will take on a different feeling as we gather for The Sleepy Hollow Tea.

Inspired by Washington Irving’s legendary tale, this will be an autumn evening filled with flickering candlelight, vintage china, seasonal flavors, beautiful loose-leaf teas, and just a touch of old-world mystery.

Atmospheric rather than frightening—think elegant October evening, not haunted house. 🕯️

Come with your sister, your best friend, your mom, or someone who loves autumn as much as you do, and spend a few hours tucked away from the ordinary.

🍎🍂 Happy September!

We have reached the “ber” months!

Ohio says, “Absolutely not.” 😂☀️

While we’re starting September under a heat advisory, I’m over here dreaming about crisp apples, cooler afternoons, autumn flowers, and the beginning of fall at Steep Society.

On September 25, we’ll welcome the season with our Apple Orchard Afternoon Tea—a beautiful afternoon inspired by apple season and all those cozy flavors we start craving this time of year. 🍎🫖

Think vintage china, fresh flowers, seasonal savories, warm scones, handcrafted sweets, and wonderful loose-leaf teas… all enjoyed slowly around the table.

Hopefully Mother Nature will have found the thermostat by then. 😉🍂
