Congratulations to the teachers and staff of Dapplegray Elementary! They held their end of year celebration at Think Prime on Thursday. It was a very special celebration because their loved and honored Principle, Fred London, retired this year after 47 years of service! Have a great summer, you all deserve it!

Duck Breast and Scallop special from tonight. Sliced duck breast served medium rare with 3 jumbo day boat scallops drizzled with a Shallot Demi-Glaze. Arranged with red roasted potatoes, oyster mushrooms and collard greens.
Pairing food and wine? Always! This entree calls for a wine that is sharp and ripe with fruit to contrast the rich flesh. We recommend a glass of our Rodney Strong Pinot Noir.
