Fall Fest is happening THIS SATURDAY in Downtown Monroe, and we’re getting ready for one of our favorite (and biggest!) days of the year!

With 250+ vendors lining the streets, live music all day, our Kid’s Zone, the costume contest, and all of your favorite downtown shops + restaurants open and ready for you, there’s a LOT to look forward to. Here’s what you need to know before you go 👇

Its really hard to tell from the ground, but your roof should be checked once a year.

Its an assessment that doesn't take very long to evaluate. But at first glance this roof looked fine. 👌🏻

It was not in good condition at all. The roof had severe granual loss and the fiberglass was starting to show throughout the whole roof.

This means that instead of the shingle shedding water its starting to absorb water. This can lead to your plywood decking being penetrated with water. If this goes undetected for a long period of time, you can have some major problems with your home.
