Prime Rib Saturday 🥩

Mother Nature has given us PLENTY of prep time for dinners this week 🌧️ 😂

Wagyu, porterhouse, t-bones and filets all weekend… and we are doing Prime Rib for Saturday night.

Rain or shine the kitchen is open and the drinks are cold! 🍸

Good morning Island lovers!

With a few of our staff moving back to college ,we are looking for some replacements . We will be hosting “Open Interviews” this Saturday 9am-12pm. We are looking for wait staff , bartender and kitchen staff . If you have experience and are interested, we want to see you. Come join our team !

👏🏼🙌👏🍻 “One Way Out,” thank you for rocking The Island!

The music was on point, the food 🤤(if you don’t know that by now, it’s your fault), the drinks were super cold, and the service was above and beyond. With the best views in Cass County and an atmosphere that is unmatched, it was another beautiful night at The Island.

When we started this journey, we had no “goal” so to speak. Now, our expectation is to provide Cass County and the surrounding area with the best dinner destination.

We’ll see you on The Island .
