Knuckle Sandwich - 1/3 pound patty with a layer of cream cheese jalapeno, topped with bacon and deep fried pickles

Grilled Cheese Burger KO is 1/3 pound patty between an upside down grilled cheese topped with bacon and fried jalapeno chips

To re up on supplies and PREPARE for Sunday !

We get already pre cut bulk veggies from LIBBYS employer Ohio U and they couldn't get to us until Tuesday so we had to hand cut for the day and in return , we weren't as efficient! And we aren't going to sacrifice quality for timeliness, we also aren't going to make customers wait 20 minutes when lines get long !

Hope you understand and sorry for those customers in the couple time frames there was too much wait !

Apologies for the wait times for the customers that were here around the 12:30 to 1:30 time frame !
Just so folks are aware there is about an 8-12 minute wait time on hibachi orders and when lines get 6-7 orders deep , that can increase! We will adjust ! Looking for a larger flat top griddle now !
