We’re closed this week. Why? A few very good reasons!
1. We will have a crew working on and cleaning the vent hood to make room for a bit bigger work space! It’s so important to have these completely cleaned every 6 months for not only food safety, but the safety of our chefs and staff too!
2. Deep cleaning: we clean daily, we deep clean every sat/sun and we scrub ceiling to tile and every space between when the clean the vent hoods!! ABC- always be cleaning!
4. New staff training!!! We have a new crew coming in for the change of season!! We’re training all new staff and our fall menu!
3. Our staff works hard and deserves to have this week and their holiday with their family! Congrats to chef Brandon on his honeymoon too!!!! What better way to celebrate Labor Day than allowing our staff a little time off.
We can’t wait to welcome you back Sept. 9th! Thanks for understanding!
