The weekend is finally here. We are ready and excited to see all your smiling faces in Logan or Paradise today.

We do have some sad news: for the time being we are removing chicken from our offerings. Simply put we don't have the time and labor to prioritize chicken at this time. We need to focus on being lean and efficient at this moment in this economy. We hope to see the birds return one day but for now we need to cut down on our labor requirements.

We hope you all have a wonderful day, and when you need a tasty burger we will be here.

We have many specials come and go. Don't miss the Orrin burger our hatch chili special. We are going to keep running the Burger specials but other items will be on hold for a while. Simply put, we need to have better efficiency in the kitchen to handle all the challenges facing us at this time. Because of this we are going to narrow our focus back to burgers and we will be saying good buy to our chicken offerings. They are delicious and great but the increase in labor we incur to fabricate, brine, bread and keep fresh products with very inconsistent sales is just too much for us to take on at this current moment.

Our hatch chili inspired Orrin burger is live. You can also add hatch chilies or heirloom tomatoes to any of our burgers and sandwiches.

It's that time again, local heirloom tomatoes are back. Add fresh sliced tomato to any burger in the menu. May we recommend the bacon royale? Eat well Cache valley.

We are excited to welcome back the Orrin Burger. Roasted hatch chilies replace the pickles on our royale with cheese. You can also add the chilies to other burgers.

If chilies aren't your cup of tea, how about heirloom tomatoes? We just received our first local heirloom tomatoes of the year and they are available to you. Add big slices to any burger or sandwich.

The month is almost over. Have you tried the special? To make the Towanda we first marinate green tomatoes which are then breaded and fried, placed on a bed of arugula on our homemade buns slathered with scratch made pimiento cheese that we spike with a touch of fire sauce. Simple and delicious. What do you think?
