This will be an exciting week for us. We are open for our second Sunday service this afternoon. You can now get a delicious burger or chicken sandwich 7 days a week.

In other news we are excited to announce we will be at the Cache Rock and Gem show at the Cache County Fair grounds next Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will be featuring a few specials and items you cannot get in the restaurant. It should be a fun time, I know the staff is excited to explore the show.

Finally, we just want to give a huge thank you to everyone who supports what we do and how we do it. We are working hard behind the scenes to continue to improve our offerings. There are so many times we question why we do this the hard way and fight for quality food. When we see you smile after biting into a burger or you walk up to the window and tell us how much you enjoyed your meal, it's like rocket fuel. It's the reason we keep going, we love feeding people and we love good high quality food. You are all amazing and we couldn't do it without you.

It's finally here, your October special at Cooks Underground. This monster of the deep is not for everyone. Only the adventurous will hunt the Kraken, a surf and turf burger with fried calamari, wakame seaweed salad and an XO aioli meet our squid ink bun, onion gastrique and all beef patty. We are a little slow getting this month's special up and running. For now we have continued the fantastic fungi and we are running an extremely limited run on a poblano rajas and crispy jalapeno burger with muenster cheese we are calling the Sierra Madre. It's something we put together for the Ogden Valley Harvest Festival. We will post a little more about that soon but in the meantime check out Chris Argyle to learn a little about the festival and an amazing regenerative farm in Ogden Valley.

We started as a pop up, a temporary installation. When we decided to keep going we planned to expand our offerings and hours. It has taken far longer than we hoped and there have been so many setbacks along the way, but we are making progress and thrilled to announce phase one, adding Sunday service with late nights following soon.

We are open today for our first Sunday service. Come say hello and enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner. We are always excited to serve you.

We are overrun with local produce. This is all getting prepped out for the Chris Argyle harvest festival taking place in Eden Utah tomorrow from 3 to 7pm. We are preparing a few new burgers and sides all made with this amazing produce and local beef from Argyle Acres. Local growers and live music. It is a great time to support and celebrate the people who feed us.

It's October again and like usual we are celebrating Halloween for the whole month. If you visit this month you have the option to put your burger on a "boo bun" an all natural black burger bun colored with squid ink and activated charcoal. It's a great way to have a little fun with your food.
