Did you know Sawmill Creek Estate ( Formerly Hector Wine Company | Est. 2010 ) is our very first establishment to carry our freshly baked Focaccia varieties? 🥰 Almost 3 years later, they continue to partner with us during the busy wine trail season, and through the quiet moments of the colder months. 🫶

We couldn’t be more proud to contribute to their artisan market full of essential, eclectic, and exciting local and delicious things to eat and drink mostly sourced right here in the Finger Lakes! Selections perfect for wine pairings, dinners, lake days, and backyard gatherings all delivered fresh every week!!

🎵🥂🎸 It’s time for Monday Night Blues again at Rasta Ranch Vineyards, tomorrow, June 1st!! And we couldn’t be more excited to be back!!

😋 As mentioned previously, new for this season is our Sapore Small Bites Menu!! Offerings will include our signature handcrafted Focaccia w/ housemade marinara sauce, our artfully crafted Caprese Skewers w/ our made in-house pesto drizzle and balsamic reduction, AND new to the menu is our hand-formed (not so spicy 😉) meatballs! We carefully place our seared meatballs into our San Marzano housemade sauce and simmer so the flavors meld together, creating a pot of melt-in-your-mouth meatballs covered in a rich and velvety sauce... Mmmmmm. Served with grated Parmigiano Reggiano and Four Cheese & Herb Focaccia -- Come get you some while they last!!

🎸 Brett Beardslee's sound starts at 5pm and goes til 8pm!! Come join us this Monday for some great blues, wine & our handcrafted Italian-inspired small bites!!

☮️💜 Tomorrow is Rasta Ranch Vineyards' annual Ray Day celebration in remembrance of all those we’ve lost. 🙏 It is always such a special day with live music, a butterfly release to remember those no longer with us, AND we're truly honored to have been asked to cater for this wonderful day! 🎶🦋🍴🥂

Tributes will be made, laughs will be had, wine will be drank, Italian food will be eaten, and love will be all around.
We hope to see you tomorrow, Sunday, May 17th! Festivities start around 1pm. 💜☮️

Ray Day is coming up this Sunday! Just a reminder that while we are open as usual we will not be serving flights. Only wine by the glass or bottle and, of course, our usual selection of craft beer, cocktails and a variety of NAs.

Featured focaccia pictured is our 🫒Kalamata Olive with Fresh Rosemary Focaccia - where the savory olives and aromatic rosemary are baked into deliciousness! Finished with olive oil and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and served with our slow-cooked housemade tomato sauce for dipping! 🧀🍅
