But man, it’s all my favorite things. It has banana, crushed pineapple, pecans and coconut, not only is the cake moist and delicious, but it is topped with cream cheese icing! If you haven’t had it, today is your because I made extra batter with a custom order. $6 mini cakes!

When I came across this cookbook, the handwritten recipe was so worn out, I really couldn’t see the date or some of the ingredients so I’ve adjusted… & every time I make this it just feels so special. It’s like two bakers in one cake. 👩🏻‍🍳
