Well...... after the "smoke" cleared.. (pun intended). Only call was on Brisket... 9th place out of 70 teams.. not mad at that.. Thank you Roo Morales for the support.. and Christie Barrick-Cox for everything you do for us to allow the amazing times at these cook-offs..

Tonight, I send out this prayer..... Lord, if you can see it to forgive our trespasses as a country, and guide us ALL to be the strongest as people and people and push us together as one union. Give us the ability to see through our differences and vote to greate the best for our future and country. For our future generation and secure our great freedoms of the constitution and democracy. Help us to do the right thing in the definition of our future.!! Help the strays find the courage to be the pendulum that proves the truth of our people.. In God's name I pray.!!!!

So....... Challenging weekend.. 149 teams in the BBQ Capitol of Texas, we did get a final table in chicken.. I'm good with that. Need to focus on our appearance, and practice more.. Looking forward to getting better, and getting "KNOWN"..!! Stay Salty my friends..!!
