All cash and credit card tips at the Basmati Smokehouse are donated directly to Buddy's Rescue, perry county's local and volunteer run animal rescue. We just wrote our first check, for the tips we received in June alone, only two days worth. In those two days, our community donated $190!! Thank you guys for supporting Buddy's Rescue, they can always use our help with keeping them being able to do the great job that they all do.

A SODA FOUNTAIN!!

We are so happy to announce that we are now able to serve fountain drinks at the Basmati Smokehouse. It's the perfect addition to your meal, or a delicious pair with a scoop of ice cream to make a soda float!

We will be open Th-Fr 12-7 and Sa-Su 11-6. Can't wait to see you all this week!

Nothing beats the smell of a freshly baked cinnamon roll focaccia in the morning! We have plenty to serve, but that doesn't mean our supplies won't run out fast😮. Don't miss your chance to try something you may have never even heard of before! Same thing with our dessert of the week, banana pudding cheesecake, only 9 slices left and they have been flying out of the fridge.

We will be open from 10-2 this morning, serving only breakfast, drinks, and our baked goods. Our lunch menu will return next week with some freshly smoked meats!

We are all SOLD OUT of meats for the weekend and closed for the night! Thank you all for your support!!

Happy 4th of July!
We are close to selling out this week. We have already sold out of pulled chicken and are getting close to selling out of pulled pork, so don't miss your chance! We are currently open until 6 o clock tonight selling what we have left. There is still plenty of banana pudding cheesecake and cinnamon roll focaccia to take home as a sweet midnight snack! (😱WTH IS THAT AND HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE IT) all of our baked goods are made from scratch in house.

As we move forward, our hours may change again. We are still in the process of figuring out our systems and routines while also trying to maintain a healthy work/life balance. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we work through all the different aspects of operating a restaurant with just 2 people- but we hope to add more staff soon!

Dag gone, this heat wave is HOT and HUMID, but that won't stop us from lighting up a fire in our smoker at Basmati Smokehouse! We are getting ready for all you party people for the July forth weekly festivities in Lobelville, TN. We have just the fuel your body needs for this upcoming holiday so don't forget about our American- fusion style menu when you're out enjoying the summer heat this week!

As a reminder, we will be open from 12 pm - 7pm, or until sold out for the day, from Thursday July 2 and Friday July 3. Open from 11 am - 6 pm Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5.

We will be serving breakfast from 11 am - 12 pm on weekends only! Only the breakfast menu will be served during that time as well, or until we sell out for the day.

Lastly, check back soon for a sneak peak of our dessert of the week! I bet you'll go bananas over it.
