🇷🇼☕ Tonight, Rwanda took center stage at Savor Detroit!

Another incredible evening at the Savor Detroit Dinner Series, presented by Lexus, held at The Seven in Ferndale!

Tonight, First Light Roasters had the pleasure of featuring our single-origin Rwanda, a medium roast with beautiful notes of red currant, cocoa and orange zest.

We thoughtfully paired this coffee with a decadent chocolate mousse dessert featuring brownie, bourbon-baked pears, caramel anglaise and macadamia nuts. The coffee’s cocoa notes complemented the richness of the chocolate, while the bright fruit notes balanced the sweetness of the dessert. ☕🍫

Another incredible evening at the Savor Detroit Dinner Series, presented by Lexus and held at The Seven in Ferndale! A night celebrating exceptional culinary talent, creativity and the flavors that make Detroit’s dining scene so special.

Tonight brought together two talented chefs:

👨‍🍳 Executive Chef Josh Stockton of Rudy’s Prime Steakhouse

👨‍🍳 Executive Chef Gabriel Botezan of Bar Gabi

From beautifully crafted dishes to thoughtfully paired w**es, the evening was a celebration of culinary artistry and unforgettable hospitality.

Tuesday night at Savor Detroit ✨

Another incredible evening at the Savor Detroit Dinner Series presented by Lexus, bringing together some of Detroit’s incredible culinary talent.

Tonight featured Chef Jared Gadbaw of Oak & Reel and Chef Cory Barberio of Angelo’s Fine Italian, coming together for an unforgettable evening of food, w**e and hospitality.

And tonight, Honduras shined. 🇭🇳☕️

We were proud to serve First Light Roasters Honduras coffee, sharing another beautiful origin with Savor Detroit guests and closing out the evening with a cup roasted right here in Livonia.
