Let's reflect:

❤️ GIVING IS CONTAGIOUS. AND IT TAKES A VILLAGE.

Since sharing our pantry video, something beautiful has happened. People have stepped forward with monetary donations, through Venmo and even stopping by the bakery with cash.

THIS is why we share. Because kindness inspires kindness. ❤️

After long days at the bakery, Dalia and I have spent our evenings at Meijer and Kroger, carefully shopping and stretching every donated dollar as far as possible.

Your generosity is something we NEVER take lightly.

There's a little prayer hanging above our pantry thanking God for the world, the food we eat, and all our blessings.

And looking at this pantry today, one thought says it all:

It's one thing to thank God for the food on our tables. It's another to help make sure someone else has food on theirs. ❤️

We started with a shopping cart. Together, we're building a village.

Nobody fights alone.

This one is personal. 🩷 In 2009, breast cancer touched our family when my mom was diagnosed. Alhamdulillah, she fought—and that experience is why this means so much to us. 🎀

So this October, our Buttercream Cupcake is pink—and it means a little more to us this year. 🩷

📚🧁 SWEET GRADES = SWEET REWARDS — ALL OCTOBER LONG!

As parents, and as a family that has built Sweet 220 together, Dalia and I wanted to do something for our kids. ❤️

Even with our own son Gabriel, it took a little time to get all the gears clicking for a new school year. Now we’re watching him find his rhythm, put in the work and make us proud.

It reminded us…

Kids deserve to be celebrated along the way — not just when they reach perfection.
