Mmmmm strawberries..... Sometimes it's a late night because you know life never stops. My goal was to be done by 12:00 and I was wrapped up at 12:05. I feel that's pretty good but I did leave some powdered sugar on the counter to be a tomorrow's problem. 😂

Queen's Cookery is doing a little revamp with a focus on cupcakes, 6" cakes, dry soup mixes and dry dip mixes.

I haven't stopped baking, cooking or creating recipes, I've just been focused on other things. Time to get back at it y'all.

Go live date is going to be 2/1/24 just in time for Valentine's and Mardis Gras.

Updated menu to come shortly as well an easy order form!

In the meantime check out these cupcakes, my version of Death by Chocolate. Chocolate cake stuffed with chocolate filling, with a dollop of chocolate frosting then sprinkled with mini chips and some hearts.

Gluten free wedding cake tasting this morning. Flavors are chocolate filled with ganache, white filled with strawberry, almond filled with raspberry, coconut filled with coconut creme, confetti filled confetti, and red velvet filled with ganache all with cream cheese frosting. Gluten free baking scares me because if the density and texture are off, the results can be quite gritty. Excellent feedback from the bride and groom. 🥰

Cannot wait for the wedding in November! 👰‍♂️🤵
