I came to california in 2007, by that time i was confused, i really dont even know why i came, asking God why im here, and what’s my purpose.

Well, 2013 i made my 1st catering under my own business, i created Chef Rafa, a chef for the community, worked on the best restaurants and resorts, multiple awards, opened restaurants and help others to open, even kitchen designs and set up, but still empty on why i came here, everyone have a purpose.

THIS IS MY PURPOSE, my two boys, 2 beasts on any line, who i trained my self, sent them to a couple of colleagues for more training, these 2 are my purpose and im proud..
