•Sage, apple and maple walnut chicken salad on a butter croix with greens and sharp cheddar
•CBBLT 😝 Tomato jam, North Country Smokehouse bacon, greens + lemon basil mayo on a butter croix

I’m not sure how long it’s been since I gave this guy a feature so today’s as good as any!

I can’t remember when we started the chocolate chip cookie croix bread pudding but it’s been a hit ever since!

We take our leftover croissants (lately we’ve had to MAKE croissants especially for this item cause it sells too fast and we don’t have enough leftover croix to make it happen🥲) and chop ‘em all up and layer them with our chocolate chip cookie dough and a brown sugar custard. We bake this thick boi covered so it 🧖‍♀️steams🧖‍♀️ the custard and cookie dough together and then bake uncovered so the raw sugar topping gets crackly and cronchy!

What were left with is a delicately and cushiony custardy structure that tastes good even when cold❣️

This is an item we simply never can make enough of and it always sells out, see why the next time you pop in!

🔥MILK CHOCOLATE, VANILLA BEAN CREAM + RASPBERRY PUFF FOR MOMMY🔥

These babes are SO LARGE!!

We filled our signature choux puff with Vanilla Bean Diplomat Cream and Raspberry Compote and DUNKED it in Milk Chocolate Ganache and that’s that!!

Don’t forget we’ve also started our LUNCH SANDWICHES (out at 11 along with our Dill Pickle chip Dip danish!!!) and they sold so well today thank you!!!

We have a pretty special cruller coming through tomorrow as well! Blueberry Chamomile + Honeycomb, I’ll shoot a pic for you in the morning❤️

In OTHER news WE HAVE A FUN NEW DEVELOPMENT👀👀👀We’ve added sweet cold foam to our coffee menu!!!! We have two flavs (vanilla + maple) and they’re both made in house with Hatchland cream! There’s a chance if this post makes it popular we may run low. We’re doing smaller batches until it gets a little busier so thank you in advance for your patience with this new add on!

ALSO thank you everyone who came to support our sweet girl scout selling cookies this weekend! She was a DELIGHT to have AND she was so kind to bring her adorable bunnies along to make the entire staffs day.

Starting Thursday we’ll be going hard on easter items! Over easy sugar cookies, gluten free carrot cake cheesecake tins, robins egg macarons and two mini cakes (carrot cake + robins egg chocolate fudge) will all (hopefully🫠) be available starting Thursday morning.
