Everything is better with puff! We make our puff pastry from scratch with fresh dairy butter. We use it to top our POT Pies and fill it with Sausage and Pepperoni or Spinach and Onion! We will make mini Quiche Cups or wrap it around a Kosher Dog! Like I said "Everything is better with puff!"

The Art of Hand Made Soup!

First off less sodium than typical grocery store or restaurant fare. We use aromatics and fresh vegetables with our own in house stock to find the flavor instead of salt or (can it be true?) MSG. We freeze our soup fresh so we don't have to use chemical preservatives.

Why do we create our own Italian Sausage at the RAV House! It is best when it is fresh! Just the right combination of seasoning makes our Spicy Sausage Ragu so you good you could eat it from the bowl.
