Movember, the month formerly known as November, is a moustache growing charity event held during November each year that raises funds and awareness for men's health.

3 years ago I lost a very dear friend to su***de. We cooked together, we moved away from everything we knew to pursue our passion for cooking. We laughed constantly, we snowboard until our legs went numb we cooked and ran kitchens like few people had ever seen, during the years we spent together we lived life to the absolute fullest every second, every day. Miss you everyday A-Aron. This one’s for you buddy. 👨🏻

Globally, the rate of su***de is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male su***de by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Capital One has been a huge help in the purchases for food and other items lately for Middle Matters. Their customer service is great as well as the app you download when you decide to move forward with your Capital One credit card. If you’re in the market for a new credit card, THIS is the one I recommended!

Well, Middle Matters family the time has come to say goodbye to the Middle Matters Food Truck. We took a hard hit last year and after our last battle with a major mechanical issue we just could not recover. The truck has been sold to some very good friends of mine who will be sure to get the ole truck back up on its feet. I want to thank all of you who came out and supported Aaron on the truck and later showed me the same support as I continued on in the name of Middle Matters. It’s a very heart felt day so I could use all the love and support from y’all just the same. I’m carrying on with the Middle Matters and will be focusing on private dinners and catering and I’m also willing to provide meal prep services on a small scale while I continue to rebuild the brand (private messages only please.) Again thank you all for all of the love, the support and most of all the memories. God Bless.
