A little something I've been thinking about as Little Red Wagon continues to grow. β€οΈπ»
When I started Little Red Wagon, I wasn't trying to build the biggest food truck business in town.
I wanted to build something that would allow me to cook good food, take care of people, spend time with my family, and hopefully create opportunities for others along the way.
And little by little, that's exactly what's been happening.
We've cooked for weddings, private dinners, special events, and plenty of folks standing outside that little grey trailer waiting on dinner.
But one area I'd really love to grow is corporate catering and recurring business lunches.
We've had the opportunity to work with businesses that bring us in to feed their employees, and I've come to really enjoy those relationships.
There's something pretty special about becoming part of a company's routine. Showing up, feeding people well, getting to know familiar faces, and being trusted to do it again.
And here's where I'd like to take things next.
Just a handful of regular corporate catering accounts could change the future of Little Red Wagon.
Not because I'm looking to get rich selling sandwiches. π
But because consistent business creates something incredibly valuable:
The opportunity to bring other people along for the ride.
To hire employees. To teach. To create jobs. To give someone else an opportunity to grow in this industry that has given me so much.
I've spent a good portion of my career training people and building kitchen teams. I'd love for Little Red Wagon to grow into a business where I can do more of that again.
And I believe we're closer to that than we might think.
So, if you work for a company, manage an office, coordinate employee lunches, or know someone who does, I'd love the opportunity to talk.
Whether it's a weekly lunch, a monthly employee appreciation meal, a meeting, or a special company event, we can work together to find something that fits.
You don't need a hundred employees to make a difference.
Sometimes a few good relationships are all it takes to help a small business take its next big step.
To everyone who's supported us, booked us, shared our name, or simply come by the window for dinner, thank you.
You've helped us get this far. Now I'd love to see what we can build next.
