After over 20 years in the restaurant business I am finally building my own dream. Southern Salt Food Company will be rolling out on the roads in a week or two. Ribs, Savory Pies, Hearty Stews, Homemade desserts and much more....Breakfast and Brunch as well. After almost 5 wonderful years Southern Salt Food Truck is closing up so I can go back to school. I have appreciated every last one of you lovely people and your continued support. It has been a blast! I am however still going to be cooking. If you need a personal chef or catering for a dinner party hit me up! I would love to continue cooking for you guys just on a smaller scale! Maybe a little fancier too. I will be posting menus soon.
