This Shrimp 555 at Curry house is straight up PHENOMENAL. The shrimp are cooked to perfection, not overcooked or rubbery. And the sauce, comprised of mustard seed, curry leaves, and yogurt sauce, would honestly go well on anything. Not spicy, although they’ll kick it up a few notches upon request.

It’s an appetizer, but honestly, I’d add a side of rice to your order and treat it like an entree. I ate in-house today but this is the sort of dish that would travel well.

Ok, I’ve given you the tools to succeed. Now go forth and make me proud.
