Ethiopia Guji Yabitu Koba Washed 🇪🇹

Yabitu Koba sits at 2,316m in Uraga district, in Guji, one of the oldest coffee-growing areas in Ethiopia. Koba is the Oromiffa word for false banana, a banana relative grown for its starchy stem, which producers here intercrop with maize and native shade trees. This coffee was fermented 48 to 60 hours in cement tanks, then dried 7 to 8 days on raised beds.

We taste: Raspberry, key lime, hibiscus. 🍋🌺
