You can infuse your meals with the taste of tea. When preparing rice or other grain dishes, substitute half of the water or broth with tea. Experiment with different combinations.

I have put together an Herbal Tea Set, representing the Three Moons of Winter. I put a lot of time and meditation into creating recipes, that I feel represent the changing moons of the seasons. Each tea is designed to bring the spiritual blessing of each herb and tea leaves to you or a loved one, throughout the cold seasons.

Today was an exciting day.
Had my first Fall Festival @ Braswell High School, in Aubrey TX.
It was a great event , and I met a lot of very cool peeps.
Made some sales too😃
However, it was outside and it was windy n very cold, lol. I want to thank Braswell High School for inviting me today as one of the vendors.
Also, to my oldest son Lester for coming with me and enduring the cold weather. Thank you for you help today love ❤️
Thank you to my oldest daughter Amanda for surprising me today with your presence ❤️ oh and showing off her dancing moves 🤩
