I have been asked to have a day for Fat Tire Pizzas (Homemade Deep Dish Pizza with a wonderful NEW Slightly Sweeter Sauce)
I suggest not going with a lot of fillings (it can make the crust a little soggy with to many)
After the bake is completed I put it on the smoker
The crust has a cornmeal dusting also

Almost 200 meals have went out in the last 3 weeks! I will have lunchables, soups and sandwiches one week and meals the next. Make sure to get your orders in when the menus go up!
