Our premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha is whisked with a vibrant Raspberry infusion and finished with a delicate, pink Rose Cold Foam. A magical fusion of earthy greens, tart berries, and floral elegance.

In today’s showcase of our specialty drinks we bring you the Habibi Latte. This drink is truly a labor of love. Owner, Ralph Arellanes, drew on his late younger brother, Andres Arellanes, as well as brother-in-law's late brother Christo Jose when creating this blend. It infuses Southwestern New Mexico traditional flavors of the biscochito cookie, anise and vanilla in the cold foam topping and the espresso infused with cardamom and cinnamon for its traditional Indian flavor. This combination creates an incredibly vibrant and flavorful latte that needs to be experienced and enjoyed. Habibi has many meanings in Arabic, a highly versatile term of endearment used to convey affection, camaraderie, and love, as both Andres and Christo personified both in life, and beyond. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do making it.
