Glad my husband took some pictures because I completely spaced on taking any myself! 😂❤️

But seriously, I have to give the BIGGEST shoutout to my husband for building my coffee cart, helping bring this dream to life, and keeping everything running behind the scenes. This man has been right there through the stress, the late nights, the problem-solving, and all the little details that go into making Squash Blossoms Espresso what it is. I couldn’t do this without you, babe. Love ya! 🫶🏽

Yesterday’s Indigenous Peoples Day event at Hope’s Frybread was such a valuable learning experience for us. We learned SO much, from the little things to the bigger picture of what it takes to serve our community through this little coffee cart of ours. Every event teaches us something new, and we’re taking all of those lessons with us as we continue to grow.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to show up, serve our community, and be part of such a meaningful day. This is just the beginning, and we’re SO excited for this next chapter of Squash Blossoms Espresso! 🌵☕️
