For my Apple Streusel Cake, I choose a mix of the freshest local apples from The Market at Barn Owl Garden Center; picking varieties for the right balance of sweet, tart, and texture.

I feel pretty lucky that this is what I get to bake for you. 🧡

Then Sunday, I’ll be back at The Rustic Fox for the final Sunday at the Fox Collective Market of the season.
