Who says dessert can't be breakfast? Our homemade chocolate waffle is loaded with juicy strawberries, topped with a mountain of whipped cream, and finished with a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Sweet, rich, and downright irresistible!

One Year. ❤️
Today marks one year since we opened the doors fully at Two Moms Diner, and what a year it has been.

There have been early mornings, long days, late nights, happy tears, stressed tears, laughs and lessons. There were days we questioned ourselves, days we celebrated, and days we simply put our heads up and kept going no matter how tired

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: the incredible support from this community and my staff

To our regulars who walk through our doors week after week, know our names, cheer us on, and make us feel like family—thank you. To the customers who gave us a chance when we were brand new—thank you. To every person who shared a post, left a review, told a friend, or stopped in for a meal—thank you.

This diner has never just been about food. It's about community, friendships, laughter, stories shared over coffee, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.

A special thank you to everyone who has helped along the way—our staff, friends, family, and all the people who have painted, built, planted flowers, moved furniture, washed dishes, fixed things, and believed in us even when we were exhausted.

One year down, and we're just getting started.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping make Two Moms Diner what it is today. We are so grateful for every single one of you.

We are so excited for our take-out night tonight at Two Moms Diner!

Tonight's featured special is our slow-cooked bourbon pulled chicken topped with melted cheddar cheese and a sweet, crunchy apple coleslaw. 🍗🧀🍎
