Two brothers came very young from beautiful Greece and the restaurant business has truly been a labor of love. George and Thanasi (Tom) have worked together their entire lives and each brings to Psistaria over 30 years of experience in Greektown. Their dream is to provide the best food and service at the best possible prices. They envision a warm, inviting place for family and friends to gather, reconnect and enjoy each other’s company.
