To our valued customers,
We would like to proudly announce that Chef Matt has been offered a fantastic career opportunity that he was unable to pass up and, as such, we will be significantly scaling back operations of the food trailer effective immediately. While we had hoped to say our final farewell to our customers this week, the weather has unfortunately ruined those plans.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the support we have received from the communities we have served over the past five years. From wineries to farmers markets, private parties and town festivals, we have had an absolute blast coming to your events and sharing our love for cooking and great food with all of you. Thank you Scott and the Handy Pantry in Dallas for having us for many years on Tuesday as the go to place for great food.
Our team has truly enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people and getting to know some of our regular customers well. Our dedicated cashier, Mary Jo, is finally going to enjoy her much deserved retirement, although she will definitely miss your smiling faces at the window every week! We would also like to say a special thank you to all of the staff that have worked with us over the years. Without your hard work, we would not have been successful, especially at the busy festivals!
While the Chef will be working full time at his new position, we will continue to bring the food trailer out on various occasions and we will post updates to our page when you can catch us out and about. If you are interested in having us cater your event or private party, please continue to reach out, as we may have availability depending on the Chef's schedule.
Most of all, we are looking forward to visiting events where we worked in the past with the food trailer as guests, and supporting all the vendors and local businesses that have shown us so much love over the years! Again, we offer our deepest gratitude for the support you have shown us. This has been a great adventure and we wouldn't trade the experiences we have had for anything! We love you all and we hope to see you down the road! ❤️
