We have rules governing what we will and won't do at restaurants and that provides everyone the same chance of a good or bad review. We started this page because we love food, we support local businesses, and we love discussing food and food culture.

We're very surprised and sad to hear about the closing of Zipline Brewery in Lincoln! We always had Dear Old Nebraska Brew and Zipline Copper Alt on tap and loved their beer.

Unfortunately the beer that we used for the last 7 years that made our popular fish and chips so good was made with Zipline Copper Alt. We will be hard at work experimenting with other beers to ensure good flavor continues with our hand battered fish and chips! For now, we still have plenty of Copper Alt. available!

Thank you to the great staff at Zipline, we appreciate your great beers through the years!
