Opened in Fall 2013, the Kauai Beer Company has become a destination for residents and guests. Our neighborhood microbrewery produces artisan batches of high-quality craft beer, served in a relaxed atmosphere, making all our friends feel completely at home. The creative food menu rivals the brew and stands on its own as a reason to visit. We are proud of our Kauai Beer Company and look forward to meeting you.

We are still reeling from the overwhelming love and support over our final days. Truly — thank you to everyone who came by and made those last nights so special. We felt it, and will carry it with us always. 🥹

For 13 years, this place has been so much more than a brewery. It’s been friendships, community, laughter, tears, growth, and memories we will cherish forever. We are so incredibly proud of everything we built together. ❤️

To our dedicated, amazing staff — past and present — thank you for making this place feel like family. The relationships formed here will last a lifetime, and we are endlessly grateful for each of you.

And to our customers and regulars… holy crap. You are truly the best. Your support, loyalty, and love over the years meant everything to us. We cannot thank you enough.

A huge thank you as well to Seth and Paulette for stepping in this last month and serving such incredible food — we are so grateful for you.

As we close this chapter, we want to wish everyone a safe, happy New Year. Here’s to 2026 and all the new adventures ahead. ✨

It’s a big month for us, and we want to share what’s ahead as we wrap up this chapter at Kauai Beer Company.

✨ LIGHTS ON RICE – Thursday, Dec 5th
🌟 Open 4–9pm
🍻 Drinks only (beer, wine, liquor, and NA options!)

🍺 ONGOING DECEMBER HOURS
We’ll be open Mondays & Tuesdays from 2–8pm for the rest of December.
Our kitchen is now closed, but Kickshaws will be parked out front serving food!

Huge thanks to Kickshaws! They’ve truly come to our rescue, and we love those guys. Their food is amazing, and we’re so grateful for their partnership during this transition. ❤️

And yes… we still have SO MUCH BEER! Come in for your final pints of the beers you’ve loved over the years — we’d love to share these last rounds with you. 🍻

💛 CLOSING AT THE END OF THE YEAR
At the end of the year, we will be closing our doors for good. It’s bittersweet, emotional, and truly the end of an era for us. We can’t say it enough: thank you. Thank you for the years of support, friendships, laughs, celebrations, hard times, good times, and everything in between. We had a really good run, and we’re endlessly grateful for every connection made along the way. Thank you for making this place a home.❤️

We will continue distributing beer around the island until it’s gone — so you’ll still be able to find KBC out in the wild a little longer! Support local businesses!!

We are happy to announce!!! That thanks to our friends at Kickshaws Food Truck, we will STILL BE OPEN on Mondays!

Starting November 3rd to December 1st! 2PM to 8PM! They will be serving all the food! And we will be doing all the drinks! A full circle moment! This was how we started 13 years ago! 🥲

They are testing out the space, so come help them feel welcome and have some of their amazing food!!

First, we want to send a HUGE congratulations to Alika! He’s moving on to join our friends at Mucho Aloha Brewhouse, and he goes with all our love, support, and blessings! 🌺

We can’t say enough about how much this guy means to us — he’s been a huge part of Kauai Beer, and we’re so proud of everything we’ve done together. We’re going to miss him like crazy, but we couldn’t be happier to see him take this next step! ❤️

🍔 So… the first week of November will be Alika’s last days smashing burgers — Monday, November 3rd and Friday, November 7th!! Come and get one!

After that, we’re not quite sure what’s next… looking into other options of still being open in some capacity. 🙂

Maybe just for drinks? What do you guys think? Is there someone out there who wants to partner up or pop up in our space? 👀 We’ve got a kitchen, lots of beer, and plenty of room for creativity. If you’re interested, reach out!

You guys did it again — you ate all the Reubens we prepped! 😅 So we’re switching it up and rolling out Philly Cheesesteaks starting Monday, October 20th!

Huge thanks to everyone who came out and sold us out of food on Friday — we’ll be more prepared next time (promise)! 🙌

As long as we can keep paying the mortgage and utilities, we’re gonna keep trying to stay open — and it’s all thanks to YOU! 💛

Kim and assistant brewer Matt behind the bar (yep, we’re putting him to work! 😉 - and he loves to talk sports 🏈⚾️🏀) and Alika in the kitchen cooking up the good stuff! 🍔🥪

We’ve got burgers and Reubens until they’re gone, games to play, and sports on the TV — the perfect excuse to kick back and spend the afternoon with us.
