Thank you message from Katsu:

On August 30, Sushi Katsu closed after serving the communities on Kaua’i for the last 24 years.
I truly appreciate your loyalty and patronage throughout the years.
In the past month, many customers called in for takeout orders. Due to high volume of the calls we received, some calls couldn’t make it through, the orders were not ready to pick up on time, made customers wait in the parking lot, etc.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I received many heartfelt letters, beautiful leis and farewell gifts from loyal customers and friends.
I am overwhelmed with outpouring of love and support from you all.
I am praying for the quickest possible end of Covid-19 pandemic and hope to see you again.
Please be well and stay safe.
I’m praying for your happiness and longevity.
Once again I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
