What is "Herbal Tea"?
Herbal teas, also known as herbal infusions and less commonly called tisanes, are beverages made from the infusion of herbs, spices, or other plant material in hot water. Oftentimes herbal tea is used as a reference to all sorts of herbal infusions. Despite the name, herbal tea is not actually "tea" as these beverages typically do not contain the leaves or leaf buds of tea plants (Camellia Sinensis plant).

WHAT IS A BREAKFAST TEA?
In general, a breakfast tea is a strong blend of black tea, providing both a higher caffeine content, and a robust flavor to go with a hearty breakfast. Often, these teas are drunk with milk and sugar, and accordingly, they must be strong enough to keep their flavor when milk is added. This contrasts with the character of some lighter black teas (served without milk) such as Darjeeling, which is often served with afternoon tea.
