This fruit cheesecake is what I made for my husband this Father’s Day, and it was definitely a hit. 🍓🥝🫐🍊 Can you believe I made this while sitting down about 90% of the time? Because I still can’t. 😅

Creamy cheesecake topped with fresh fruits and a light fruit gelatin glaze made for the perfect sweet treat to celebrate the guy who puts up with me year-round. 😂❤️

I hope everyone had a wonderful Father’s Day filled with good food, great memories, and time spent with the people you love.
