9 years after my first trip to Ireland (prior to opening in 2018), we are back to learn more, taste more and see more that might propel our authentic Irish Pub guest experience to the next level.

Today’s visit to the Shanty Bar in County Kerry was everything we hoped for. Perfectly poured Guinness, wonderful owners, and a 200+ year old pub that delivered all the feels. Thanks to Tadhg for inviting us behind the bar for this fantastic photo op.

Will look for some other opportunities to share about this amazing walk back in time.
