Welcome to Blue Reef !!! We are a local fast & casual restaurant for sushi and hibachi in Lexington near the University of Kentucky, St. Joseph Hospital and The Red Mile. Our menu is simple yet would cover everyone's crave for some delicious sushi and tasty hibachi meal. We are blessed to have met many new friends over the years at Blue Reef. Many of our customers have become family to us and we enjoy sharing our passion for quality food with you. However, we have decided to permanently close our doors on December 19th. The pandemic has taken an irreversible toll on our operations over the past several months. We want to THANK YOU for 7 years of memories! If you are reading this, please stop by before December 19th and say hello. This is not a final goodbye, but maybe you will see our faces out and about or at another Boue Reef location later down the road in Lexington. From our family to yours THANK YOU LEXINGTON FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

OPEN starting on Monday 4/6 from 4-8. 100% of gift card purchases will go to paying our staff - $10 and $20 cards. Also we include a 20% discount to health professionals on the front line combating this pandemic. We ask ALL customers to please call ahead or use Doordash as a delivery service. This means utilizing our website menu and call from car or home before entering the restaurant to pickup. Also, we encourage over the phone payments to limit person to person contact.
