It doesn't look like much now, but we're slowly starting to harvest enough chamomile to be able to stock our tea!
This flower's been around and cherished for 4000 years and we can see why! We just have to wait a little while longer, then you'll be seeing it again.
In the meantime, we're open and have all the eggs you need.

Meet Motherwort, one of the herbs we grow here at Rock Fence Farm for our own herbal tea.

Leonurus cardiaca has a long history in traditional herbal practice and we love having it available.

We're not selling it, but if you're curious about it, want a couple seeds, or want some to make your own tea, just ask! We're happy to share.

Our home is growing by 30 feet!
We picked up some new Welsummer babies this week! She'll bring fresh genetics to keep our breeding program going. Six+ generations in, and we're still working on bringing you the blue, green, and brown speckled eggs that you won't find anywhere else.
We also brought home a few more blue, brown, and extra dark brown egg layers while we were at it, so come fall and winter, your carton is going to look a little different, in the best way.

Rehabbing trees was not a skill I ever expected to learn, but I'm so proud of this one! This apple tree is one of a pair that was in awful shape. They were overgrown and crowded with small, unhealthy fruit.
I wasn't sure if she'd come back this year, but she's blooming and much happier!
It's not the prettiest right now, but with anther few years, it will be back to big and healthy 💗
