ATTENTION
Good Morning everyone i had an issue to come up yesterday that I would like to address. I got a call saying that a waitress added a tip to the card transaction and they was upset because they had left a tip on the table and then a waitress added a tip to the card. Ok let me explain something we have a new computer system with new processing my people do not have access to add a tip to anyone's card. When you come up to pay the card machine is on the side with the customer, when the customer goes to pay the screen asks if you would like to leave a tip with the options of 10%, 20%, 25%, custom tip, or skip button. So you have to select an option then it prompts you to either tap your card or insert. Once you do that it asks if you would like a receipt and then its done. I just want everyone to know that the way the new system is my waitresses can NOT add a tip to anyone's transaction the customer themselves has to do it. But yes if you havnt been in and used our system yet i can see we're you would accidentally hit a tip selection and not knowing what you was doing. Sorry for the long post so early but I had people calling and texting me about this because it was posted on social media that my waitresses was adding money to thier card. I am sorry I even told the person I would give them the money back that was selected for the tip but dont go bashing a business for something they didnt do because that hurts a business if people think we are taking people's money which was not the case.
