THURSDAY — Tuscan Burger
Our Pastured Italian Sausage Patty with Melted Provolone, Apple Fennel Slaw, and House Made Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper Aioli.
FRIDAY — Szechuan Burger
Our Pastured Pork Patty with House Made Spicy Szechuan Peppercorn Sauce, Sesame Slaw and Thinly Sliced Green Onion.

Marinated Mushrooms Roasted with Garlic served with Swiss on Texas Toast.
THURSDAY — Kimchee Melt
Fermented Cabbage Sautéed with Garlic, Cream Cheese, and Provolone on Texas Toast.
