Come work at our location inside the student center at UK. Line Cooks start at $15 hourly and work Monday through Friday (weekends off). We are looking for cooks who are able to work 9AM-5PM and 3PM-10PM. Applicants must be willing to consent to a background check.

We've got some FUN news!

We will be back at Al’s Bar on Monday, November 22 and Tuesday, November 23! Josiah will be performing with Central Kentucky Improv on the 23rd and he thought he’d fire up the grill and serve up some food while he’s at it. 🔥

Specials include:
The Chicago Dog 🌭
An all beef Marksbury HotDog with onion, relish, tomato, sport peppers, yellow mustard, celery salt and a pickle spear on a poppy seed bun.

The NYC Dog 🌭
An all beef Marksbury HotDog with NYC Pushcart Onions, Sauerkraut, and spicy brown mustard.

We will also be serving our incredible housemade friez, the Pasture Burger and the Andouille Burger. 🍔

All our burgers are made with KY pasture-raised and grass-fed meats from right down the road in Lancaster, KY. And nothing else!  

At Marksbury Farm (where all our beef and pork comes from) they are passionate about the latest and most progressive farming techniques that rely on natural systems to improve animal welfare, environmental stewardship, farming culture, food quality, and health.

Our burger patty topped with all the fixings and cheddar cheese

Tuesday Lunch — Chorizo Burger
Our house-made pastured chorizo sausage served with pickled red onion, lime crema, and cilantro finished with provolone

Wednesday Lunch — Brat Burger
Our house-made pastured bratwurst sausage pattied and served with sauerkraut, spicy mustard, and caraway mayo

Thursday Lunch — The Italian Sausage Burger
Our house-made pastured Italian sausage pattied and served with roasted onions and peppers finished with basil pesto aioli

Friday Lunch — The Andouille Burger
Our house-made pastured Andouille sausage pattied and served with pickled celery and caramelized onions finished with our house made remoulade

We are a couple of weeks away from re-opening our location inside Champions Kitchen and we‘ve got positions to be filled. ⠀

We are currently hiring for an evening Line Cook. This position will work on UK’s campus and will be Monday-Friday, 3-9 PM. with weekends and holidays off. $15/hour. (A background check is required.)⠀
