Work hard, play harder! 🍕🍻

For Employee Appreciation Day, we took the crew out for a night on the town. We kicked things off with some incredible brews at Ethereal Brewing, fueled up on massive slices from Goodfellas Pizzeria and wrapped up the night with trivia, pool, arcade games and drinks at The Burl Burl Brew

Meet the team: Grant Markwell, Bartender/Barista/Server

We are so lucky to have Grant on our team since January 2025! Whether he’s behind the bar or serving in the cafe, Grant is a constant source of positivity and a true “smiling face” for our customers and staff. This past Christmas, he went the extra mile by hand-making cookie boxes for the entire team!

Favorite dish: Roasted Turkey sandwich add bacon 🥓 🤩
Favorite drink: Iced Caramel Latte with almond milk and an extra shot of espresso ☕️

• Future Chef: He is currently enrolled in culinary school at Sullivan

Nate joined the Beau’s Cafe team at our opening in October 2023, and he hasn’t slowed down since. From starting on the line to stepping into his current role as Sous Chef, his dedication to keeping our kitchen top-tier is truly unmatched.
