Breeze wanted me to tell you all this is a PERFECT night to get down to National Avenue to eat, drink, and be merry!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT!!!

This is the one and only Zach, also known as Breeze! He is from Corbin, raised there and in London, and currently lives in Richmond. Breeze likes to hit the road and travel with friends and by himself. When he travels, he is probably going to see live music or get a tattoo wherever he is at, which sure beats a refrigerator magnet. Ask him to see the sick tattoo he got in Vancouver! He is a fun-loving man that likes a good meal and a good hang with friends. But what he loves most, are his Grandma and his two cats. He loves to visit his grandma in her assisted living and share a meal with her and her friends. At home, he pampers Milly and Tela with treats and toys. He’s been with Blue Door for about 6 years and he can be seen working every position in the building. We appreciate his hard work and his humor that he brings to work every day. Employees like this are who every owner wants to hire, and Blue Door is lucky to have him. If you see Breeze, make sure to say hello!

Potato Salad. We make at least 50 # a day, every single day. It’s simple…just baby red potatoes, sour cream, mayo, dill, green onions, apple cider vinegar, and a little salt and pepper. The sour cream cools down the spices on the meat and also complements the meat’s savory flavors.
