A Granddam and signature, the Lamb Wellington, and back for our new Spring menu. The dish features tender lamb wrapped in puff pastry and country ham, complemented by a rich foraged mushroom duxelle, a decadent black truffle bourbon demi, roasted garlic, and grilled broccolini.
