Turns out, a lot more than we realized
This week in our newsletter, we had the chance to take part in Caffé D’arte espresso training at Mystic Café and got an up-close look at what really makes the perfect shot. From grind size and dose to yield, timing, water pressure, and bean freshness, every little detail matters.
After the training, we also got the chance to talk to the baristas behind the counter and heard their biggest takeaways from working with espresso every day. Safe to say, we’ll never look at coffee the same way again.
