Mike stopped by to personally thank our teams for all of their hard work encouraging our guests to “Round Up” for Ronald McDonald House Maine — and our teams truly appreciated the visit and recognition!

We are incredibly proud of our teams for continuing to champion Round Up and helping make a difference for families right here in Maine. Every time a guest chooses to round up their total, those few extra cents add up to something so much bigger. ❤️

Community, Teamwork & A Little Caffeine ❤️🚒🥤

Recently, the Freeport McDonald’s experienced a small fire, and our crews were called to respond. Thanks to the quick actions of the McDonald’s staff that day, including some of the team members pictured here, the situation was handled amazingly well before and as we arrived on scene. Our crews were able to help finish mitigating the issue and make sure everything was taken care of.

We’re especially grateful that the management team took the time to stop by the firehouse this morning and drop off some delicious, energizing drinks for the crew! 🥤

We’re happy to hear that McDonald’s is back up and running so quickly, and we truly appreciate all of the positive words and kind accolades you’ve shared with us.

Thank you for thinking of us and for supporting your local Fire & Rescue Department.

To Our Freeport Community ❤️

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Freeport Maine Fire Dept. for their incredibly prompt and professional response to the incident at our restaurant yesterday. We are extremely grateful for how quickly they arrived and for the care they took to make sure everything was handled properly and safely.

The incident was related to an electrical issue, which has now been completely repaired and resolved. A huge thank you to Casco Bay Electric for responding quickly and getting everything repaired and taken care of for us.

We also want to sincerely thank Carey from the State of Maine Health Department for getting here so quickly and completing a thorough reinspection. We greatly appreciate the care and attention that went into making sure everything was properly handled and that we were ready to safely reopen our doors today.

And we especially want to recognize our Area Supervisor, General Manager, our Shift Leaders, maintenance team, and our entire crew. Thank you for stepping up, staying focused, and being here through all of this. From handling the situation yesterday to cleaning, preparing, and doing everything necessary to get the restaurant ready to welcome our guests back today — we couldn’t be more appreciative of our team. ❤️

We want to reassure our community that all appropriate procedures were followed, the electrical issue has been fully repaired, the restaurant has been thoroughly cleaned, and we have completed the necessary reinspection to reopen.

We sincerely apologize to our neighbors and the Freeport community for any concern or inconvenience yesterday’s incident may have caused. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.

We’re happy to share that WE WILL BE OPEN TODAY BEFORE 11:00 AM! 🎉

🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Leadership & Excellence! 🎉

Today, we’re proud to congratulate Chris on his 10-year anniversary with Goble Family Restaurants! 👏

Chris’s journey is a great example of what hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence can accomplish. He started his career with us as a Crew Member at our Bath, Maine restaurant, and through the years continued to grow and take on new challenges.

Chris went on to serve as General Manager of two different restaurants, developing teams and making an impact along the way. Today, he serves as one of our Area Supervisors, helping lead multiple restaurants and supporting our teams as we continue raising the bar.

Chris, we are incredibly proud to have you as part of our leadership team. Thank you for 10 years of dedication, growth, and leadership and for helping move our company to the next level of excellence! 🌟
