Founded by Donald & Harriet Reeser in the Summer of 1969 this local favorite has grown through the decades. It struggled in the 1970s and only through the tireless efforts of Mr. & Mrs. Reeser did it continue to hang on until the business began to thrive in the early 1980s. (the current proprietor) began working with the company in 1985 and took over daily operations in 1991. In the intervening years Reeser's Ice Cream has grown into a local hotspot in the Spring and Summer drawing large crowds whenever it is open.

Starting to look ahead three weeks when we have our pre-Halloween pop-up at the ice cream shop on October 24th and 25th. Each year we do a little bit of decorating to get the building in the “spirit“ of the season. Where do you like to get your pumpkins and corn stalks to decorate?
Privately owned, family businesses preferred.

Don't forget that Saturday October 3rd we'll be cohosting the 3rd annual Newberry Elementary School Mini Golf Fundraiser...

Don't forget that Saturday October 3rd we'll be cohosting the 3rd annual Newberry Elementary School Mini Golf Fundraiser at The Frosty Putter from 5-8 PM. All proceeds from mini-golf, hole sponsorships and raffle baskets will go to the PTO in support of Newberry Elementary students. Stop out for a round of golf or grab a snack from the food truck.
(Rain date October 17th.)
